You’re welcome to bring your own food, or treat yourself to our delicious pre-purchased meal package provided by Turnip The Beetz Catering.
To ensure the chef has time to prepare enough food, meal packages must be purchased by midnight on June 23rd.

All meals are organic, gluten free and plant based. The food will nourish your taste buds with nutrient-rich flavours designed to keep you healthy and balanced!

About Our Caterer
Turnip the Beetz is a whole foods catering company based in Squamish BC, they offer high quality ingredients and stress free catering services. There mission is to create memorable experiences and nourishing meals for local events.
They take pride in serving high quality nutrient dense foods and sourcing ingredients from local farmers and organic suppliers. This enhances the flavour of the dishes they create and provides more nourishment for your being.

FRIDAY DINNER
THAI CURRY
Thai curry with kabocha squash, tofu, red pepper, zucchini served on a bed of brown calrose rice and organic greens, topped with cilantro, pumpkin seeds, lime wedges.
SATURDAY BREAKFAST
OATMEAL WITH FIXINGS
Oatmeal with fixings (homemade granola, hemp hearts, toasted coconut, maple syrup, cinnamon), boiled eggs. Includes tea, coffee and an assortment of milks and natural sweeteners.
SATURDAY LUNCH
BORSCHT WITH BEETS
Borscht with beets, potatoes, yams, carrots, cabbage, onion, tomatoes, fresh dill and green lentils, served with a coconut dill cream drizzle.
SATURDAY DINNER
BUTTERNUT SQUASH & MUSHROOM RISOTTO
Butternut squash and mushroom risotto with brown calrose rice, served with vegetarian meatballs made from lentils, quinoa, broccoli, mushrooms, walnuts, served with a green salad with shredded beets and carrots, chopped cucumber, balsamic dressing and pumpkin seeds.

A generous mediterranean inspired platter featuring homemade baked falafel, bright tabbouleh salad, comforting mujadra (lentils, rice & caramelized onions), lemon-garlic roasted potatoes, and creamy house-made hummus, finished with a luscious tahini dressing.
