You’re welcome to bring your own food, or treat yourself to our delicious pre-purchased meal package provided by Enlivened Catering Co.

To ensure the chef has time to prepare enough food, meal packages must be purchased by midnight on June 23rd.

3 meal package includes:

5 meal package includes:
Saturday – breakfast, lunch, dinner
Sunday – breakfast, lunch

8 meal package includes:
Friday – dinner
Saturday – breakfast, lunch, dinner
Sunday – breakfast, lunch and dinner
Monday – breakfast

All meals are organic, gluten free and plant based. The food will nourish your taste buds with nutrient-rich flavours designed to keep you healthy and balanced!

In the spirit of caring for the environment, please bring your own plates, bowls, and cutlery.

About Our Caterer

Enlivened Catering Co. is an organic, whole foods catering company that serves the Lower Mainland area providing nourishing meals to festivals, retreats, events and weddings. Their food is the perfect balance of healthful and delicious!

They take pride in serving high quality nutrient dense foods and sourcing ingredients from local farmers and organic suppliers. This enhances the flavour of the dishes they create, and provides more nourishment for your being, while supporting the environment. FRIDAY DINNER

LEMONGRASS THAI CURRY

A slow-simmered Thai curry with kabocha squash, tofu, red pepper, and zucchini in fragrant coconut broth. Served over brown calrose rice and fresh greens, finished with cilantro, pumpkin seeds, fresh lime, and a touch of optional house-made chili oil.

SATURDAY BREAKFAST

OATMEAL WITH FIXINGS

Hearty chia oatmeal with homemade granola, chopped banana, hemp hearts, toasted coconut, maple syrup and cinnamon, alongside boiled eggs, toast with butter, nut butters, and jam. Includes tea, coffee, and a selection of milks and natural sweeteners.

SATURDAY LUNCH

BEET BORSCHT

A rich, earthy borscht of beets, potatoes, yams, carrots, cabbage, onion, tomatoes, and green lentils, finished with fresh dill and a silky coconut dill cream drizzle.

SATURDAY DINNER

BUTTERNUT SQUASH RISOTTO & VEGETARIAN MEATBALLS

Creamy butternut squash and mushroom risotto made with fragrant sage and chewy brown calrose rice, paired with house-made vegetarian meatballs of lentils, quinoa, broccoli, mushrooms, and walnuts, and a fresh green salad with beets, carrots, cucumber, balsamic dressing, and pumpkin seeds.

An abundant & colourful bowl of greens and brown calrose rice, topped with teriyaki tofu, baked yams, shredded beets and carrots, finished with creamy peanut sauce, green onion, and black sesame seeds.

MEDITERRANEAN PLATTER

A generous Mediterranean-inspired platter featuring homemade baked falafel, bright tabbouleh salad, comforting mujadra (lentils, rice & caramelized onions), lemon-garlic roasted potatoes, and creamy house-made hummus, finished with a luscious tahini dressing.
